What do you advise if i'm breastfeeding mother i have allergy ,my doctor gave me celestamine,what are the effect will be to my baby?

Not appropriate: Celestamine has both an antihistamine and a steroid in it. Steroids can stunt growth, so I would avoid this drug while breastfeeding. An antihistamine alone is safer.
