Specialist consult: I'm sorry your acne wasn't treated properly and you ended up with these lesions. Trying to bleach hyperpigmented lesions will probably just make things worse. They fade eventually. Scars can be treated by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon with a laser, microsurgery or a filler.

I have fair skin and had hyperpigmentations from acne. Some of the marks are red and brown. They had not faded even after 3-4 months. Can i know is this normal or is it permanent ? I dont have scars just red and brown pigmentations.
