Diet, Exercise, PCP: Low-salt diet, regular exercise and weight loss of 7% of your total body weight if you are overweight can help control your blood pressure. Current blood pressure is borderline normal and is not a reason to worry. But blood pressure does change and keeping a blood pressure diary to present to your doctor can be helpful to your PCP to see if you need any medications.

Wide pulse pressure: Assuming your BP measuring device works properly and this is an accurate reading, you have wide pulse pressure. There are several causes for this including stiffening of your aorta and large vessels due to arteriosclerosis, aortic valve dysfunction, medication effect (to name a few). Ask your doctor about this.
