Hair Growth Rate: With minor seasonal variation, hair growth rates are generally approximately 1cm or one-half inch per month in both men and women. This means that in two months, your hair will grow approximately one inch. Even with a high-protein diet, nutritional supplements (biotin, etc.) and/or laser therapy (LaserCap), 4 inches of growth in just two months is simply not realistic. It normally takes 8 months.
