Healthy Diet: You can optimize your body's health by taking a multivitamin that might cover any deficiencies. Also, try to eat a healthy, balanced diet focusing on a variety of fruits, vegetables and fish. Avoid too many fried foods.

No real way: While nutritional deficiencies and hormonal imbalances can cause hair loss, thinning and/or discoloration, I know of no substances that can make your hair grow more than about 1/2 inches a month. Don't waste your money on phony pills or potions. A professional hair weave is an option if you're desperate for longer hair quickly.
