Venous pain r head: May be ear ache, can be rarely aneurysm, migraine, ( asocaited with light sensitivity , nausea? HTN? may be vascular Consider testing sed rate as it may be temporal arteritis, for which ultimately a biopsy is done. Would go to ER as at 44 the study the would do first CT or mRI can't be done in a clinic . Go to ER today
