Ear pain: A bit less common. However, various things may be the cause. Overeating can reflux, depending on how badly and your personal symptoms because the anatomy of the eustachian tubes in the throat acid can actually enter the canals. Tmj, sore jaw joint from simply chewing too much food, may give a sense of ear pain. This isn't straight fwd ; is going to require an exam from your doc. Best luck!
