With Caution: I would avoided using too much makeup on eczema as this can actually make your eczema worse over time. Instead I would try to get your eczema under better control first with daily moisturization and better skin hygiene. Avoid long hot showers. Use Aquaphor to face before bed and Vanicream to face during the daytime. For flares use low dose topical steroid ointments. Good luck

Better to treat it: Most cases of eczema can be treated by your dermatologist. Since there are so many effective treatments, it would be better to fix the problem than just cover it up.
