Complex question: There's not a simple answer to this. There is only one species of norovirus, but there are at least 8 serotypes, five genogroups, and many genotypes. I know, that did not help much. Sorry.

Norovirus: As of 2016 there were 25 strains of Norovirus that were known to cause disease in humans.
