What are some ways to lessen the pain from the norovirus?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) : Norovirus represent about 90% of the intestinal viruses which cause human disease. It causes severe intestinal distress with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea being common. Patients report body aches which relate to the body's response to the virus. All we can offer is relief of any fever or pain using tylenol, (acetaminophen) which is preferrable to Ibuprofen or other NSAID which can irritate the GI tract.
