Fertility expert: A physician specializing in fertility issues can coordinate appropriate tests. For example, a hysterosalpingogram can determine is your Fallopian tubes are damaged from pelvic inflammatory disease. The male partner may have low sperm count, etc.

Fertility: An ultrasound is not in any way a test for finding out why one is not conceiving. Neither will the cause of the problem be found on the internet. There are at least a dozen chemical and physical processes in you and your male partner that have to be evaluated to find the cause of the problem and a solution. Please go to a real expert on fertility and begin the right evaluation.
