About 4-5 weeks ago: Approximately, 2 weeks after the LMP (last menstrual period) is when we can expect that conception took place. In this case, presumably, an ultrasound is being used to date the pregnancy. So, the assumption in this case is also that you have regular, monthly cycles and there is good correlation between the LMP and ultrasound dates.
