6-8 weeks: Navicular fractures can be difficult. If not displaced and trerated only with cast immobilization then typically 6-8 weeks or until x-ray evidence shows progression towards healing. If however the fracture was surgically reduced and put together with screws then cast time may be reduced and range of motion of the joins around this started sooner
