Computer imaging: There is only one answer. Locate a surgeon who has a computer imaging capability in his office and performs the imaging himself. After taking your picture, he will alter the image to show you a post op results. You can provide your input while he works, and the doctor gets to realize if your expectations are realistic. A win/win for both the patient and the doctor!
