Computer imaging: There is only one answer. Locate a surgeon who has a computer imaging capability in his office and performs the imaging himself. After taking your picture, he will alter the image to show you a post op results. You can provide your input while he works, and the doctor gets to realize if your expectations are realistic. A win/win for both the patient and the doctor!

Imaging: Computer imaging can be offered by many rhinoplasty surgeons. It is not perfect but can give you a good idea what the result may look like.

You cannot: The sculpting of your nose is not reproducible with a computer. The nose is a wonderful assortment of structures that requires a high degree of artistic input to achieve the final result. A natural appearing nose is one that is balanced and fits your face. Trusting your plastic surgeon and seeing before and after photos of prior patients will as assist you. www.artofplasticsurgery.com
