Multiple factors : Many variable at play here. First is to optimize nutrition. You need healthy fats, including some saturated fat for hormone production. Cholesterol level needs to be optimal (not too low). Avoid high amounts of carbs, which can lead to metabolic syndrome and low testosterone. High body fat can cause excess estrogen which can lower testosterone. Need optimal sleep (7-8 hrs). Heavy weight training.

Man things: If you sexual function is normal for a guy your age (i.e., it's wild and crazy and wonderful), increasing your testosterone level further is unlikely to change much (even your natural musculature); if not, this is a question to discuss with your personal physician. There are few hard studies, but i'm told that hard exercise, finding fulfilling work, sobriety & eating smart all bump the hormone up.

How can I increase testosterone even more?

Nutrition & exercise: Eat right to allow you to exercise more and drop fat. Less fat means less Estrogen (female hormone) and less sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Less SHBG means your Free T percent will be higher compared to having same Total T w/greater SHBG. Bottom line, it comes down to hard work. And stop focusing on T. It's just a number. Pay attention to nutrition & exercise instead. Goal = function, not T.
