Multiple factors : Many variable at play here. First is to optimize nutrition. You need healthy fats, including some saturated fat for hormone production. Cholesterol level needs to be optimal (not too low). Avoid high amounts of carbs, which can lead to metabolic syndrome and low testosterone. High body fat can cause excess estrogen which can lower testosterone. Need optimal sleep (7-8 hrs). Heavy weight training.
