Raynaud's: Cold weather? It sounds like you have Raynaud's Syndrome. Blood vessels become constricted in the extremities on exposure to colder temperature. Treatment: Dress warmer when in those climates, particularly with gloves and socks. You could also benefit from prescription of a channel calcium blocker (blood pressure medicine) taken an hour before you go outside for extended periods of time,
