ovulation every month - is it due to a healthy diet? or is it something that just happens? in other words, will it happen anyway or encouraged by diet

Natural process: Ovulation is a natural process. It is normal for women to ovulate every month during their reproductive years. An adequate diet supports and encourages this process. Someone with extreme nutritional deficiencies (like an anorexic) will stop ovulating and less extreme deficiencies or stress might also reduce the odds of regular ovulation but a basic adequate diet is sufficient for most to ovulate.
