i take progesterone every 5th of the month for 10 days & have a 31 day cycle due to this, will i ovulate normally? (i take them due to abnormal cycles

Can't tell: As long as you take the Progesterone on schedule you will have a period (withdrawal bleed) every month. You may or may not ovulate during this time. If you have regular periods without the Progesterone you are certainly ovulating again.
