A member asked:

Every month i have positive opk 7-10ish and then again like on 14-18. (just a example) do i ovulate 2 times? which one do i trust?

OPKs: These just measure urinary leutinizing hormone. Take the number of days from start of one period to start of next and divide in half and count from day one of your period and start checking your OPKs 2-3 days before that day. Once you have a positive, you are likely ovulating in 24 hours. Save the left over kits for the next cycle.
