Reality check...: A generally healthy diet low in fats and with balanced protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals along with general good health and exercise, will increase "health of the uterus". However, diet alone will not "stimulate ovulation" or treat problems like endometriosis or scar tissue or ovulatory dysfunction, etc that contribute to infertility.
