See a dermatologist: This is a very difficult problem. You need an expert. You probably need some tests. In the absence of hives, no antihistamine will be of benefit unless you want sedation. When you go, bring all creams, pills, vitamins etc. There are many possible causes for itch without skin lesions or rash. Some are serious, so don't delay.

Try Dermatology: See a derm specialist and they will hopefully be able to diagnose your cause of chronic itching and get you the appropriate treatment. Good lick.
