You may just be ADD: You may not have the hyperactive component which is more common in school age children. In your case, at age 19 you may simply have the attention or concentration types of issues only....so your disorder may be more properly called, ADD as opposed to ADHD since the H stands for "hyperactivity."

No need for hyperact: You do not need to be hyperactive to have the inattentive form of ADHD. If the symptoms are recent onset,start with your doctor to evaluate possible medical contributors to your symptoms.
