ADHD not in infancy: Infants typically move a lot and you should not worry at this point. If you or the father have adhd, there will be a higher chance of your child showing signs. But the norm is not to diagnose the condition until the age of 7, though some children are getting diagnosed in the preschool years.

Not in 7 month olds: Adhd is not diagnosed in infancy. Please just try and enjoy your baby.

ADHD baby?: Your baby's behavior is probably normal for her.It is certainly not adhd!if you have any concerns about your child's behavior, development, etc please discuss with your pediatrician. He /she could discuss what is normal and abnormal for age with you, but again, this is not adhd.

Normal behavior: Infants must move their arms/legs with non-purposeful movements to maintain proper muscle tone.If they did not, the muscles would shrink, like adults do if they are in a leg brace or cast for an extended period. The same thing happens in the womb with fetal movements.Adhd is a disorder of focus & attention with or without activity overflow. It does not exist in infants nor can it be predicted then

Very unlikely: Very unlikely to be able to make diagnosis of ADHD in such a young child since at this age we expect s lot of activity ( hupetsctivity). And if there is a disorder , we should consider this a precursor to several. While rarely severe hupetsctivity may be a precursor is a psychiatric disorder it might be to one of many -- esp a healthy energetic child.
