In most people,: None. But it can cause dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, increased sweating, loss of appetite, nausea, nervousness, stomach pain, trouble sleeping, and weight loss. There are other potentially serious side effects. As with all medications, let your doctor know if you experience any thing you are not expecting.

See below.: Most commonly, appetite suppression. This is generally dose-dependent & for many patients, not a problem. Sleep disruption can occur depending on dose/timing of med. Biggest concern may be irritability-- during or after dose wears off. But all potential side effects should be able to be eliminated, or minimized to the point that they are insignificant. If not, then a new med regimen is in order.
