A member asked:

I had a total knee replacement in 2009. it's now causing me some pain, does that mean it's needing replaced again?

See your surgeon: It means you should make an appointment to see your surgeon and discuss what your symptoms are, when they occur, how often they occur, if it started after doing something new, if you've been sick lately, if you've traveled to some exotic location recently, if you have noticed any rashes on your body, if you've been to the dentist lately. All these things are important in the detective work.
