A member asked:

After a complete knee replacement surgery my knee is bent at 15 degrees, what could be the cause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: On how long has been since the surgery? Initially its quite common, in the first 1-2 months, & as the pain decreases and motion is regained, it gets better. You need to actively work very hard to get the terminal extension, as it takes the longest to come back. See your surgeon and continue with pt and own exercises.
