Depends on type: There are literally thousands of 'teas' from around the world, each containing various orgainic and inorganic compounds that can be both beneficial and harmful, depending on dosage. Modest to moderate tea consumption is typically not harmful. Check the source and reliability of the producer before consuming large amounts.

None: Enjoy! None is required for life or love! Likely a liter or two is tolerated well depending on strength. Unsweetened is likely better.

Hard to say but...: Drinking tea has many proven health benefits but too much of anything may be harmful. There are 3 reasons to not go overboard- too much tea may lead to too much caffeine. If you add sugar the excess sugar may be the best reason to limit it.Tea contains Fluoride & too much Fluoride is also dangerous.As to the exact amount to limit to, no one knows but I would avoid more than 8 cups/day.See comment:
