This was very helpful. Thanks! I have sleep apnea but I don't use my machine because is bothersome. I also have high blood pressure. If I start using my machine again will that help me?

DE has been 100% effective in my experience. 10 years doing child care & many time RX or OTC is not an option: DE worked. We take it daily now.
