Pinwheel tumor: This pops up on the skin or elsewhere. Under the microscope, it has a striking arrangement of cells like a show of many pinwheels. Any pathologist can make the call but try to get two to sign off on it. It is a cancer but very low-grade and wide excision is usually good for a cure. Best wishes.
