A member asked:

Can timoptol eye drops be taken if a person uses an inhaler for asthma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. William Cappaert answered

Should not be used: Timoptic or timolol drops are a beta blocker and make asthma worse. You should avoid beta blockers as treatment for glaucoma.
