It usually can: I would. Eyed to know more specifically what you need help with to suggest the most effective form of counseling. In combination with medication, when needed, therapy is generally quite helpful in figuring out the best ways to deal with and understand your problem.

Yes!: Therapy and counseling can be helpful to many people for many concerns. I recommend meeting several counselors (if you can) and selecting the one you are most comfortable with.
