Yes. : Yes, some patients on imatinib report graying of the hair due to the drug. The good news is that CML patients taking imatinib have the possibility of living long enough to get gray hair from old age, an option not available before that drug was developed. So keep the side effect in perspective. It is safe to use hair dye while on imatinib.
