Blood glucose: Blood glucose will definitely change as a result of exercise. Depending on your health conditions, exercise may reduce blood glucose and cause hypoglycemia...especially if you haven't eaten properly before or after. In general, exercise is an excellent way to balance blood glucose which is why it is a mandatory treatment for diabetes one and two. Always check with your PCP when starting exercise.
