It is under testing: Rapamycin has been in clinical trials for several years but has not shown sufficient anticancer activity. So, many related drugs(Analogs) have been developed some of which have shown decent level of activity. As a class they are called M-Tor inhibitors. Two of these drugs are in common use for treating Kidney cancer(RCC)
