Passive pot smoke: The answer is yes.The CDC has some interesting information on second-hand smoke, mostly cigarettes, raising the question of asthma and other respiratory problems which can occur regardless of the type of smoke. With Weed, the additional question of addiction may depend upon amount and duration. Some raise the issue of drug tests becoming positive on passive marijuana smoke, which is not the norm.

Unlikely: Studies done with second hand exposure to pot show very low body levels, but like tobacco, any strong odor can be a lung irritant.
