Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids are part of normal anatomy; we all have them, but just talk about them when they are bothersome. Flare-ups with pain, itching and bleeding can come and go and are usually the result of constipation and bearing down to have BMs. Also more common during and after pregnancy. If you have a larger, engorged hemorrhoid, its presence may cause a line in your stool. Commit to high fiber diet
