Depends: Eye swelling can happen from high slat intake the night before. The swelling can happen from allergy, hyperthyroidism (low thyroid hormone level), can be hereditary, steroid use, anemia, smoking or fluid retaining. Please restrict your salt intake, put cold compressor and avoid smoking. If persists then see your doc.
