Warm compresses: Put a hot steamy towel on it for 10-15 minutes four times a day. IF it gets worse at all, see your ophthalmologist as you may need oral or topical antibiotics or a drainage procedure. Most of the time it's an oil gland that got blocked and the warm compresses will make it come to a head and drain on its own.
