Possible: Sertraline maximum dose is 200 mg/day. You mentioned 6000 (?) Phenergan maximum daily dose should not exceed 75 mg. You mentioned 400mg (?) Please contact your prescribing physician for medication adjustment. I think you should check the numbers.

Yes: 6000 mg sertraline is 2 months worth medicine that is more then enough. I hope you are not going to do that again. It will not be fun. Please reach out for help before the pills.
