how long does a eustachian tube take to naturally unblock?

Eustachian tube dysf: The length of Eustachian tube dysfx depends on the original reason why the tube was blocked or not functioning in the first place. If it is a cold: when the cold resolves. If it is a mass or the adenoid as the cause, whenever the tissue is removed. Sometimes it never resolves and people may require the placement of a tube to equilibrate the pressure in the middle ear space. Hope this helps.
