Can someone tell me how to unblock my eustachian tubes naturally?

Valsalva maneuver: If you do not have a cold and if you do not have any pus in your nose, you can try to pop your ears with both nostrils pinched tightly and with mouth closed, gently blow your nose. The air in the nose will then be pushed into the back of the nose and may clear the mucus in your eustachian tube. People on airplanes do this to equalize middle ear pressure. Do not blow too hard or you may injuretm.
