Omega 3s, etc. : Lean meats, foods rich in omega3s like tuna, salmon, etc. Plus plenty of fruits and vegetables. Low sugar, low fat dairy including yogurt. Antioxidants, healthy protein sources and calcium-rich foods are a good bet for orthopedic health.
