Growth scan @ 32w. dr said everything was well @ 34th % but the tech said that head seemed small! i'm very concerned now! what does this mean? brain?

Talk to obstetrician: The whole examination places the baby below the 50th percentile so even the head will be "small". If this has been at the 34%til throughout the pregnancy then your doctor is not worried . I am disturbed by a sonographer talking outside her license. If your doctor isn't worried then the sonographer should be on the same page . Some women carry normally in the lower third .
