How long after spraying flonase is it ok to blow my nose as i want to maximize the benefit of the spray?

Answer obvious: I did a head slap on this one. Blow the nose completely just BEFORE the nasal spray. Seriously, junk in the nose gums up the drug and prevents/slows absorption (wow, I actually only realized this on reading the literature). Otherwise 1 hr is a LONG time and 30 minutes is probably plenty. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22356350 (just look at the pictures, the PEAK of the curve is FAST).
