Yes: Not likely, given your age. Theoretically, one can have early coronary artery disease with an unremarkable ECG.

EKG: It is possible to have a normal electrocardiogram and still have coronary artery diseases. You should be evaluated by your physician regularly, modify your risk factors, and contact your doctor immediately if you have chest pain, shortness of breath, or other concerns.
