Doubt heart Dis: Assuming that your Physical exam is NL Andno FH of heart Disease , I suspect this to be NOn heart related . It could be Anxiety .When this happens try to relax , take a deep breath & exhale slowley . It may also be Esopageal spasm , due to Acid Reflux . It can be treated with Zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid AC . Relax & take life easy .
