I get bloody noses around once a day, i pull out really large clots, afterwards the bleeding stops. is this serious? my nose been cauterized twice.

Back to your ENT doc: Obviously, cauterization doesn't always work. Sometimes, there is an obstruction higher up in the nostril that leads you to strain and causes bleeding. An ENT specialist can assess this and, sometimes, may have to do minor surgery to fix it.
