TB : TB lymphadenitis itself shouldn't cause infertility, though TB can sometimes directly affect the reproductive organs. If you have finished a course of appropriate treatment for lymphadenitis, is extremely unlikely the fetus will be infected. Even in patients with active TB, transmission in utero is less common than transmission to the baby after birth.
