Tear duct plugs good: You should be using the tear drops 6 times a day and nght time gel (Refresh PM or Genteal gel) will be helpful. If that fails have the punctal plugs put in. Another option would be Restasis but it is expensive. Floaters usually clear with time and vitreous surgery is not indicated. An exam by an ophthalmologist is needed with the floaters to make sure there is no tear in the retina.
