Got dry eye made worse by wearing masks. get tear ducts plugged & use theratears. one eye feels sore under top lid. i gently clean my eyes with cotton & when i rub the eye it hurts. is that the dry eye or something else now?

Chalazion: This may be a chalazion which is a tender lump in the eyelid formed because of a plugged oil gland duct. This often resolves with hot(not too hot) moist compresses every few hours. If not improved consult an ophthalmologist for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
